Summer Fest introduces healthy hobbies and activities available in Derby!

Summer Fest

There are lots of fun and cool activities for you to be involved in—come and find out about them!

Join us for the 2014 Summer Fest and get hooked on fun! Local clubs, organizations, and businesses will host dozens of booths to introduce healthy hobbies and activities to youth and their families. Each booth will have a FREE “hands-on” activity. There will be numerous organized activities, contests, and of course, PRIZES!

When: Saturday, August 23, 2014

            5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. (4:30 Fun Walk)

Where: High Park, 2801 E. James (1 mile east of Rock Rd.)

             Derby, KS

Organized by the Derby Community Coalition Promoting Healthy Choices and supported by: The City of Derby ACE Grant, American Family Insurance, Derby Community Foundation, Pleasantview Baptist Church, Sedgwick County Health Department, AFJROTC, Derby Recreation Commission, Derby Public Schools, Derby Public Library, Derby Junior Football, Shirts Plus, Derby Motorcycle Club and many other businesses and community organizations.
