You must be 18 years of age or older, and a resident of Kansas to register. You may register now through June 6th, 2013, one time per day, only at www.BuyDerby.com. You may not win a BuyDerby.com contest more than once in 90 days. Winner will be determined by random drawing and notified after June 6th, 2013. Advanced reservations at Hilton Garden Inn are required and based on availability. Stay must be on or before 10/01/13. Prize may not be redeemed for cash value. Winner agrees that BuyDerby.com and The Derby Weekly Informer, Inc. or Hilton Garden Inn will not be held responsible for any damage, loss or injury as a result of accepting prize. Employees of The Derby Informer, BuyDerby.com, and Hilton Garden Inn, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to win.

One person will win an opportunity to spend $1,000 at Derby Area Merchants. Register at any of the participating sponsors. Contest rules limit Mad Shopper participants to one entry per day at each sponsor. The lucky Mad Shopper winner will be able to spend the $1,000 at any of the participating businesses.

All participants must be at least 21 years of age and a Kansas resident. Participants may register no more than one time per day between May 1st and 12 noon on May 31st at any participating merchant. No purchase is necessary to qualify for registration. No multiple registration forms allowed in any single day. Participants must have completed a qualified registration form to be eligible.
Winners will be selected from a random drawing on 6/4/13 and notified by phone or email and must respond in 72 hours or be disqualified. If winner does not respond another winner will be selected under the same conditions. Owners or employees and their immediate family of the Derby Weekly Informer or any participating merchant are not eligible to win. Only one winner will be designated. Winner will be required to spend winnings at only the designated, participating Mad Shopper Merchants within a designated time frame. Winner will be given a set of instructions as to how to redeem the prize and must agree to follow the set procedure or will be disqualified. All decisions of the Derby Weekly Informer are final. The Derby Weekly Informer may change the rules or conditions of this contest at any time.
The winner by acceptance of prize agrees to release all sponsors and their parent and subsidiary companies and officers from all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize. The Derby weekly Informer will not be responsible for any damages to participating merchants in relationship to this contest. The Derby Weekly Informer has the right to use and publish the winner’s proper name and photograph in print, digital or any other media in connection with the contest.
